Post subject:  Front end noise w/bumps and starting from stop

The first time I had a similar noise, it happened only when driving over wide speedbumps. Putting silicone spray on my poly spacers and sway bar bushings silenced the noise. This time, however, the sound is more of a low-pitched creaking and groaning, and it's more frequent -- even small bumps in the road set it off, and it's loud when I accelerate from a stop -- then it's fine until I drive over even a small bump. I will spray my sway bar bushings with silicone after work to see if that helps. I'm a little nervous because it sounds like something is loose. I peeked at my NEW Jeep LBJ's when I arrived at work this morning, and they *looked* okay. With my Daystar lift being a fairly new mod and the LBJ's recently replaced, I'm worried that one of them is the problem. I never had ANY noises before getting lifted or the ball joint recall work.

Help me troubleshoot. How's this for a plan:

1. Lub sway bar bushings with silicone spray.
2. If #1 doesn't work, remove battery and air box to tighten down upper strut bolts. The guys at Midas supposedly did this 500 miles after the lift when they performed my allignment.
3. If #2 doesn't work, visit a dealership ASAP.

It seems like my creaks are lube-addicts. The more times I have added lube the quicker the noise returns. I guess the lube is trapping dirt in there or something.
