Does it matter what color Silicone I use for the Rear diff as a gasket? I might be changing it soon and I know the different colors are different strengths. I have the blue RTV silicone gasket maker and I figured it would be fine. |

I have always had great results with copper rtv, always used it on multiple applications and never had a leak. |

I just use gaskets. Much quicker and you can reuse them if needed. |
