Ok, so I have the service manual on CD and I'm pretty sure they don't include a parts list. Does anyone know where I can get a decent parts list for the Liberty. Having the service manual is great, but I'd like to know the part numbers so I don't have to pay my dealer $45 for a fuel filter. I've since found them for quite less online.

Never mind. I eventually found someone selling just a Liberty CD on ebay. Apparently you can get a full set of CDs for all Jeep models from 1982 - current from Tech Authority for $1200.

Sweet. That will help for now. What's even worse is I search the forums for parts information. Luckily the cd on ebay was under $10 so if I win, no biggie.
