I was just reading the thread about Rock Krawler and how poorly they treat KJ owners, and I had a similar experience with Terraflexes Budget boost kit not fitting my CRD, after I bought the kit I found out that OTT style lifts destroy the front struts so I called them about it and posted some picts of the gap between the bump stop and upper control arm with the OTT spacer here on the forum, they looked at it and said yes there is a problem with our kit and a few months later I received a set of extended bump stops at no cost to me and they are now included in the kit. Then when I tried to install the kit again I started on the left side which is when I discovered that CRDs are different then gas KJs and the spacer pushed the strut into the CV shaft boot so I called them and again they were unaware of the issue but instead of arguing with me they offered me a full refund! So in the end they really impressed me with their customer service even though I was unable to use their kit.

I am glad to hear that there are still larger companies around that will work with you, not against. And in the end they admitted that they were wrong and tried to rectify the situation. A lot of places always assumes you are wrong right off the bat, so that is refreshing to hear. :o
