| Post subject: | Steering Wheel Radio Control question |
Just a little quirk on my 07, but if I press the volume up (or down) button a few times (wanting to change the volume a couple notches, not anything significant), intermittently the control acts like the contact sticks and the volume continues up (or down) maybe 5-7 more volume notches. The switch returns to center, but the volume continues to change for a second or so. Sometimes it gets irritating as if I want to decrease volume to a low level (say level 10), I'll stop it at 10 or 11, and the radio continues and stops at volume 5 or 6. If I turn it up (cranking it) to, say, 22 by means of 3-4 presses of the up button, the radio keeps going to 26-27 (and gives me a heart attack I have the infinity package with 6 disc changer, for reference. Has this happened to anyone before on their liberty? |

Oh well. Maybe I'll have it looked at in another 3k miles. Just had a bunch of work done for its first oil change |
