i live in the d.c. area right now and will be moving back up to the pa area next spring for school and WOULD LOVE TO HAVE a "branch" club in pa and/or even NJ/NY cause pa has some AWESOME mountains and trails!
so i think it would do nothing but promote L.O.S.T.!!!!

How would this promote L.O.S.T. any more further than it is already being promoted now. This past weekend I went on a L.O.S.T. run to Rausch Creek and the lady running the park remembered our club because someone had stopped and picked up a kitten. Let me phrase this correctly she remembered L.O.S.T. not Mid-Atlantic or any other state. You live in the D.C. area, then why didn't you come up with the couple that also lives in D.C. who saw the ride posted on the Mid-Atlantic site. If there was to be a split then they might have not seen the posting, because they would be cruizing in a forum that is directed for them by there geographical area. This does not have to be a nationwide issue and should be kept witin the confines of the club and its members.

I want to know why this has been brought up in the general forum after it was already brought up in the Mid-Atlantic forum, and was also commented by the officers.

I dont think spliting up the group into two is going to do anything but mess things up. Most of the 4x4 parks that MA Lost does anyway that are in PA, would be visited by the people down south. The ones down south like GWNF will be visited by us from PA/NJ anyway. I see no point in splitting the chapter.

That was me and my wife. We still have the kitten and we call him K.J. He is doing fine and not so little anymore. Just like my Jeep.
