I did this on my F150 manual, made it infinitely easier. Has anyone else tried this? Is it even possible to fill the tranny with fluid from the inside, through the shifter? |

I do it all the time on my samurai, but i don't if you can with the Jeep. i assume you have to remove alot of interior panels then then the shifter. I'd buy the little hand pump to make filling the trans easier from below. |

Buy one of the pumps that fit onto a Qt bottle and it makes it an easy, clean job. We did two manual trans recently at a service party at my house and it was no problem. |

Where are the quart mount pumps available? I have the old suction gun style and it looks like a messy job if I use it.. |

YOu can go here My Amsoil Store and type in stock number G2039 into the search box on right. Make sure to also type in stock number MTFQT for some full synthetic synchromesh trans fluid. |
