| Post subject: | IPOD Adapter |
Hey I have an IPOD that I would like to connect to my 05 liberty with the tape deck. I hate using the tape thingy with my IPOD and would like to up grade to a setup that allows me to charge my IPOD while having it connected to the auxilly port in the back of the stereo. Has anyone here done this? If so what type of adapter are you using and do you like it or hate it? What are the advantage and disadvantges to the adapter? Also any pics of the adapter and docking station would be great. |

http://www.mp3yourcar.com/advanced_sear ... 208%7C2003 I had this in my Dodge Ram, Audi A4, Infiniti G35, and now my Liberty. Its awesome, and very easy. It charges it even when the car isn't on, is crystal clear because it's a direct line-in, and you can still use your ipod controls. Its awesome, and you won't be disappointed |

Do any of these adapters allow for the use of headphones too? |

I don't think so, headphones are illegal in a car....but I tell you what you can do. If you don't want to disturb anyone, just plug your ipod into the adapter (it will keep it charging) and then plug your headphones into the ipod. That should work. |
