Does anyone have pics of their aftermarket front bumper (ARB, TJM, etc.) before it went on? Im looking for some pics of the back side of the bumper like the mounting points, hitch, winch mount, etc. |

Sorry I don't have any pics befor the TJM went on but here are some pics of the install process. Basically it came in two main parts. The subassembly which connects to the frame and has the winch mount. And the bumper cover which attatches to the subassembly. The subassembly was attatched to the frame using 12 half inch bolts. The bumper cover attatched to the subassembly using 4 half inch bolts.
I hope this helps. |

The subassembly is constructed out of 1/4 inch steel while the bumper cover is constructed out of 1/8 inch steel. The cover is used for looks and it holds the lights. The subassembly holds the winch and tow hooks. I would say it weighs around 50-60lbs but OZLTD could give you a more definate answer. I have the 500lb OME front spring so I did not care about weight. It is not very heavy, it is actually pretty light. |

My custom bumper was attached to the front hitch so the mounting points are the same as the hitch. |

So were only four bolts used to attatch the bumper? |

![]() ? That "thingy" goes inside the frame rail. You drill a few holes in the frame rail and then attatch the four bolts to the "Thingy."
The bolts hold on the winch mount. |

ARBs mount with a "rail" similar to the one in the pics plus it also has another one that you have to drill two holes on each side of the frame for so I think 10 bolts hold the main mounting bracket on. No pictures was in too big of a hurry to get it on tom |

I really don't know the size or material. Please call Rob at 4 Wheel Perfection and ask him. Then let us all know. 707 588 9945. I can tell you that it weighed no more that the plastic bumper it replaced. I can also tell you that just be the sound of it it's not thin tubing. I can also tell that after a week in Moab and a run yesterday it sure is nice have all that approach angle. Was going up things others had to go around. |

Right about where the 06/07 fogs would be. On the grill. Also side lights on the flares. See pic above. |
