That's right, I stomped a KJ into the ground when I hit it with the wife's ZJ today.

OK, so during the Moab safari raffle, I won a remote control KJ. My 4 year old boy has been playing with it almost everyday since. Well, I told him to wait for me to move the wife's ZJ out of the driveway so he would have room to drive it around. I backed it out to the curb, and while straightening it out, there was a loud CRUNCH! Then my boy started crying, and I knew I just ran over his KJ toy. I told him to wait, but he got impatient and drove it down the driveway after the ZJ. Needless to say, for a plastic toy getting the front end run over by a 3500lb ZJ, it held up pretty well. It is trashed, but the body was in pretty good shape. Guess I need to get a new one for him, but it was kinda funny seeing the look on his face right before he started crying.

He does have one just like that, but I can't find a way to adjust the steering, so it pulls real hard in one direction and you are constantly fighting it to keep straight, so we quit playing with it.

If you have the 1:18 scale your stuck with the control steering. The 1:6 scale has a trim control for both steering and throttle on the controller.

Either way the Nylint rock crawlers are awesome :D

Screw those R/C crawlers, build a FULL SIZE, REAL crawler!!

It is amazing how much money people invest into R/C toys....I know, I have too much tied up into them.....probably half of what a SFA would cost me.....ugh.

I here ya, my kids love to play with my little Nylint. The are not half bad little rock crawlers. And they are electric which really helps because I cannot afford gas.

That RL front bumper would look sweet on that thing. Sorry about your little guys rig. I've seen that look before. It was the same look I had playing the Half-Life computer game. There was a cop that would follow you around and help you do tasks as the aliens were invading. It was the first time you had an AI companion in a computer game that was autonomous. You kind of built a "relationship" with the character. Anyway, I thought it was real trick and told my roommate about it. He said "Really, let me see!" So I gave him my controller. He promptly took my guy, took out his gun and proceeded to empty the clip into "Barney" the cop. Yeah, I know that look well. Sorry to get OT.

How much are those R/C Liberty's?

Marty, I know you wanted something to experiment on other than Ted's KJ but did you really have to do that to your boy's KJ :?:

BTW, I think that's the only way your wife's ZJ could beat up a KJ ....
