Post subject:  Vibration at Very Low Speeds

If I'm going really slow I can feel a vibration and hear an intermittant, random squeak.
I feel it the most when I'm still holding the brake down, but let it up just enough to move forward.
It can also be felt once the brake is completely let up and my foot is off of it.
Don't notice anything at higher speeds.

I only have 3500 miles.
Was on some dirt & gravel roads over the weekend.
Didn't notice anything until this morning though.

I went and washed my Jeep and sprayed the heck out of the brakes.
I think the vibration and minor squeak may be gone...........not positive yet.
Could dirt in the brakes have caused the vibration at low speeds, or would I have also noticed that at high speeds?
I don't think it was vibrating at high speeds, but the rattle in my dash was worse than usual this morning, so maybe it was just not enough to feel.

Also whenever my right rear brake gets wet it creaks and croaks when released until dry.
Is that just a jeep thing?

It's a brake thing.

The vibration at low speeds could be a lot of things - even the road surface you were driving on. With so few miles on your Liberty could it have just been a windy day outside?

I know what he is talking about. Like hesitation to move but it moves and shakes back and forth, very tiny bit...
It is all due to low idle RPM. Notice that it won't do it at 4x4FT (if you have selec trac) or when your jeep is cold (just started in the morning).

I think that describes it pretty well.
Nothing to worry about?
A Liberty thing?
