Liberator "What kinda guns do you have?" What? I guess i don't understand? You know.. we could ask the ECO guys to take pity on us and do the trail guide thing. They really seem to know their sh*t. |

Rex where would that be at? in edmonton? I would be more then willing to go! So who are these "ECO guys"? Are they trail guides or a club type of thing? ** We might actually have something here guys! I agree it would be great to have a group of liberty'doo doo the trails here in Alberta |

ECO is an Alberta based 4x4 club (http://www.missioncontrol.ca/cgi-bin/YaBB/YaBB.cgi). I've heard that lot of them were trail guides for the Alberta Jeep Jamboree (RIP). I could post something on their site and see what they say. BTW, I think to join ECO you need to have a min of 33 inch tires... probably not a lot of Libby's I also know there is EJC, Edmonton Jeep 'Community' (they're not a club) - www.edmontonjeep.com and there's CJA, Calgary Jeep Association - http://www.calgaryjeep.com/indexset.htm I think it'd be a blast to get some Liberty's out there on the trails. |

The guy is a friend of the owners of mxc. I went and ordered stuff for my crd and they got him to come show me how my crd would look. I thought i was goin to be different, but his jeep is the same as mine. I dont know if he is on here Now there will be 2 lifted crd with arb bumpers in town. It is an ome lift. I am suprised at how many kj's there are up here. I too am off this weekend but am heading out of town.. holidays woo hoo Will be back end of june hope my parts will be in by then. Was hoping to have them on so i could show off the jeep and maybe do some wheeling in the mountains but guess that will have to wait. |

Mcmoney are you getting a OME lift Or a frankenlift with the OME coils, struts and shocks? because the lift that i have seen on that guys kj must be a frankenlift with the amout of lift he has! I have a OME lift with rusty's strut spacer and i know for sure that he sits higher then me, i haven't see it in person yet but looks higher on the highway( couls be he has bigger tires also). Mcmoney areyou going to install the lift yourself or are you getting someone to insatll it? MXC will cost $$$$. I have tried to deal with them and i found their customer service was not so great ** Ok this is looking good guys there seems to be a few of us here. Now to just get something lined up on a weekend that we are not working! Rex iam going to check out those sites, Do you any of the trails in that area?? I would perfer to wheel there in that terrain and stay out of the muskeg up here( Might loose the kj in a sink hole) Mcmoney if you don't mind me asking how much is you OME lift from MXC? |

To be honest i dont know all that i am getting. I just said order me the same thing. I know it is an ome lift with spacers. I asked for the frankenlift and they did not know what it was or where to get it. I want 2.5 inch lift and what they ordered should get that. His tires are 245/75/16's. I was told the price but i dont remember exactly how much it was. When i get the stuff i will let you know. Somewhere around 4000 for the lift and bumper installed, yes i am getting them to do it. Was goin to do it myself but i dont have the time and with all the overtime i have been working, the extra money to have it done here is worth it i think. Got to support the local businesses The owners are my neighbours we live in the same condo so i get treated pretty good, tho i have herd stories. I wanted to have the stuff on before i went on holidays which is in 2 days but still nothing. I think customer service is a thing of the past now I am definetly up for some wheeling, would prefer something not muskeg also. I dont have a weekend off in july but so far august i have one. Got to love the lack of workers up here |

I left fort mcurray on the 15th so my stuff came in on the 14th But now it is on Total cost for the ome and the arb was $3012, guess i was thinking a price with the tires, still not on yet, have not decided on the rim tire combo i want. The cost of the lift was $699 and the install was $275. Glad is didnt drive to edmonton to spend 300 Will get pics up soon |

McMoney - $275 is way less than I would expected, was that an a flat fee or did they charge by the hour? I would have figured at leat double that around here to get a lift installed. Now time to post some pics! |

WOW...You got a OME lift cheaper then they sell them in the US. And they must have installed it in 2 hours to only charge 275 for the install?? And that means you paid over $2000 for a ARB bumper that seems a bit much but i cant wait to see this rig!! Iam heading to edmonton on the 14th to do a clevis, isolator lift and install my M8000 winch. I've been talking with a guy from the edmonton jeep club and he has a shop where we are going to get these things done! Will have free time in august and we'll have to get out on some trails! |
