i might have a good deal on these 15" rims off a 2004 yj but i know you have to be careful with 15" wheels on a kj. i'd really like to pick these up but i have to let this guy know by tonight, and i'm not sure if they'll fit. any one know? if so any help would be appreciated. thanks guys. i know this should be in the tires and wheels section but i was hoping to get some quick responses. |

Being those are steel rims they MIGHT fit,not 100% sure, the alloy 15" will not fit.The only way to tell is test fit on on the front end of the KJ(to see if they clear the front caliphers). |

thanks. i wish i could but im just not able to test em before i buy em. if i can though, should i only worry about the front? i knew the calipers would pose a problem, but im not sure about the rear. |

The rear should be fine,it's just the front you need to worry about. The rear rotors are smaller in diameter then the fronts. The BS may be to much for the KJ though anyways, may hit the knucles where the steering tie rods ends attach,4"-4.75" bs is the magic # for steel 15" rims to fit on a KJ(forgot to mention that before),and I think those may be 5"-5.5" BS.Again all I can say fore sure is to test fit them, that is the only way to be fore sure. |

NO I have the same rims on my '02 TJ and they will NOT fit break issues The alloys will not fit either ,wrong back spacing, they hit on the steering knuckle thingy We have an '03 KJ and I have both sets of rims for a TJ |

thanks for your help guys... i really appreciate it. i had a feeling i wouldn't quite luck out. i guess i'm now leaning towards a set of cragars. my only problem is i can't quite seem to find a 15" rim in a gun metal/graphite that'll fit. for the $35 this guy wanted for the set i wouldn't have minded sanding/painting/clear coating like i did with my stock steels. |
