The "DSAP - Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle" option must be it. Trac-Loc was the only stock limited slip differential available in the Liberty. |

easiest way to tell is to look for the tag on the rear diff one has the axel desc. and the other is the track lock tag |

I thought that they were metal tags bolted to the cover I know for a fact that if you get a TJ it will have 1 for open and 2 for trac lock Makes it real easy for tech's to know what to add to the rear end Like jeepster said go have a look |

I made this easy for me. I went to the local Jeep dealership's service department and asked for a build sheet. They immediately asked me how many miles, so they could do work under warranty, blah, blah... I just told them I wanted a build sheet so I'd know what fluids to use when I do my own changes. They sent me to the Parts (?) dept, who printed out a build sheet and told me that I do not have a LSD. However, I do believe you have one. Not positive so don't base anything on that. |

I think you have the LSD, as DSAP - Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle could not be anything else than a LSD and you also have the AWL - Off Road Group and as I remember correct this comes standard with the LSD. Hell what did you not get, that KJ is loaded! |

My Liberty came stock with Trac-Loc. The front Dana 30a had a metal "3.73" tag on the cover but I don't think the rear Chrysler 8.25" had any tags. Jack up the rear wheels and spin one forward. Trac-Loc is installed if the other wheel spins in the same direction. The transfer case will need to be in Neutral to perform this test. |
