Anybody out there know the part number for the left side insturment panel bezel? I believe it is where the Roof Light switch is located. I am going to install some lights and want to locate the switch there. I have mine removed and it shows an area for the switch to be cut in.
Existing Part Number:
Switch location on inside:
Does anybody know how to tell from the many part numbers listed in the part sheet Which one is for a grey interoir and has this location already cut out ready to add the switch? Anybody have one to sell? |

I caught one for free in the for sale section, I had the same thing in mind as you do. I have extra lights on the front and wanted it to appear stock from the inside. My idea was kinda shot down when I looked at the price for the switch that goes in that hole! $30!!!!!! It has a relay and fuses in in one.. |

I shaved the factory switch mount off of the back of mine and got some chrome toggle switches from radio hut, drilled holes and presto! I opted for the RS switches b/c I wanted all my switches to match and needed a single pole, double throw with a center off. |

I just dremel'd mine too. Got a small switch from Auto Zone. Don't do it in the kitchen, there'll be plastic dust everywhere and you get in trouble.

Glad I could save you a step pokefan. It's a cool little switch, just a couple bucks and yes, the ring is part of it. I love any reason to dremel.... I don't remember what it's rated. There's a relay and four lights work off of it. |

lol, My way was a little ghetto but I got a finishing buff and opened up the hole enough with a drill to get it in there and then just let it spin and open up the hole. Little primitive but it worked |

It's actually a Black and Decker generic Dremel. It has an attachment that's a circle about a half inch thick. Kind of like a stack of dimes that'll cut stuff. I marked the center, drilled it out, then just used the circle part until it was big enough. I'm anal about some stuff and that helped. |
