I've got an extra set of thule bars that I want to throw up on top of my girlfriends KJ. Just need the 450 towers. Been searching craigslist. Lady has this PN # 82205174, mopar part, new in box. Searched here, but it's a poor description and pic http://www.newmoparparts.com/mopar-accessories.htm I've heard that there are factory bars that go across, that aren't thule. I'd really like to just keep with the thule, that way we can just swap over accessories (kayak racks, bike racks, ski/snowboard racks) with no extra parts needed. Is this PN that I have for the factory rack setup? OR will they allow thule bars to be put onto the KJ? The lady doesn't really know what I'm talking about....she says it will fit my thule bars, but I dont' think so. What say you KJers? |

I think most Thule and Yakima accessories will fit other manufactures cross bars including MOPAR. I think you would need the appropriate Thule adapter to fit the roof bars though for Thules cross bars. |
