I say go Old Man Emu
IMO it rides better than rustys full coil lift
and you can still run 245/75 on the OE wheels

OH yeah I have never seen the skyjacker lift for the KJ so I dont know about it
I do have skyjacker springs and shocks on my TJ and I like the way they ride but skyjacker likes to use poly bushings
poly bushings SUCK so if you can avoid them at all cost
I can only get about 1000 miles or maybe 3 trail rides out of a set of LCA bushings

wow, got some response on this topic.
I have been thinking that if I am going to lift my KJ, I want to do it once. and don't want to was time and money on "other Brands" and wright.

You guys out here have lifts, and I want to get you thoughts. keep them coming please and make me decide. I have been thinking about this for over a year now, and want to choose a product.
so far I am leaning towards the Frankenlift...
I had the skyjacker on my 95 YJ and it was ok but had problems with is makin loads of noise.

Well I am getting a lift in two weeks and it will be Rustys with rear Rancho shocks if I save enough money if not it will be Rustys shocks.

In my opinion I think the frankenlift at $1k is more bang for the buck than Rusty's. You just con't beat OME components. Yeah I know Rusty's uses a few OME parts but they were not built for the lifted Liberty like the Frankenlift OME parts were.

Get the rusty's if you plan on replacing it in 3months because the springs sag.

Read up on the OME springs etc, go to the ARB site, it discusses the springs they use etc. They develop a "suspension system" to make the vehicle handle all types of terrain, not just to lift it

I also like the OME suspension but I have been using the Rustys springs on the front since Christmas and they are doing fine. The OME front springs didnt lift it enough and a Lost member recommended the rustys springs for the front. Ive had them Offroad twice with the Midwest Group and they are not sagging at all. I know they do if you have a winch or bumper though.

I have OME for everything else.

Skyjacker Struts are complete GARBAGE, if you can go with OME struts and springs (highly recommended).

All lifts out there have there good and bad points, overall the frankenlift is by far the best of all the ones due to springs struts and general parts, but I have tried different rear springs just to see how they do, I have had the stock springs with a 2.5 inch puck, rode just like stock of course, I have a set of Heavy Duty OMEs that handle well, ride in winter is somewhat stiff but still good, great when I am pulling a trailer, or extra loads, Rustys are on right now, too lazy to switch back to the OMEs, but when you hit a bump you can fell more bounce/ more give in them which I dont like. Some may like the cushy Caddy like ride but too me way to soft and mushy
So just some observations

Tom
