I just bought a cheap windsield sun shade, one of those spring steel jobs $3 at Walmart, Ifound out I could store it in my skylight cavity works perfectly.

I take it he means it fits between the sun roof and the little cover you pull out to cover the sun roof..

I understand perfectly. Great idea! Not to mention it would probably help keep excess heat from entering through the shade in the summer time. Kudos to you
