Peel them off.
Why do you want the newer emblems? they are even uglier, and who wants to look like a 05+ anyway.

I want to upgrade my dull, peeling 02 emblems to nice, shiney, not rubber 05+ emblems. Does anyone know of a good source for them? The dealer wants $87.50 for the front and back "Jeep"s, "4x4" and "3.7L". Seems really high. |

That's cool.  Like said, jparts has them, otherwise you can set up ebay search agent, and it can send you the daily results of JEEP LIBERTY EMBLEM.
