Jeep promotion event somewhere

That is a crock!

Why does putting the spare underneath give more room inside for cargo? The spare was outside and had no affect on the inside!

The Libby is designed for family.

the thing i don't like is the electronic transfer case switching. he talks how jeep buyers are rugged, then give us a manual transfer case switch. i don't want to be fixing it in 10 years!

Oh well he sort of says a lot of sort of things....sort of

I like how the design guy from jeep sorta knows what he is talking about. I also like how they sorta expanded their line to make up for the fact that jeep owners want a car that looks like the cherokee. THe traditional jeep look is sorta not a modern look, so i think jeep is sorta headed in the wrong direction. The wrangler still sorta looks the same but dear god, if this guy is so worried about how jeeps sorta dont look like jeeps anymore, then dont bother making them sorta look modern. Chrysler has other companies that are good at cranking out family SUV's, jeep is a bit of a niche company. Anyways, I agree with the statement that the patriot replaces the renegade is a crock of poo. Making 3 different types of cars to replace the liberty sounds sorta dumb to me.

After watching that video I 'sorta' feel that the KK will fade among LOST and that the JK will become the true brother to the KJ. I will agree that Patriot is the Renegade and the LOST KJ is now the four door Wrangler.

That guy sorta has no clue what he is talking about.

How the heck is the compass the same as the liberty sport and how is the patriot the renny? That makes no sense.

How does the Liberty not look like a Jeep? Even if you have owned a cherokee or wrangler?

I hope that guy was sorta fired.

Got my first upclose look at the new Liberty today....Ironically it was parked right next to a new Nitro on the dealer's lot. Not real impressed. The designers should have spent more time famaliarizing themselves with the old Grand Wagoneer and Cherokee. My old '97 Grand Cherokee had the JEEP "feel" or character. Maybe I'm just old.....I like my Liberty CRD more as time goes by....The brand is being diluted as Chrysler tries to trade on the genuine Jeep heritage in order to become everyman's and woman's vehicle (transportation appliance).

count how many times he says sort-of and youll have a number close to the MSRP of my '07 liberty

in all honesty i dont understand why they took away the swing-gate, i love the idea. and i watched the video of it off roading, what the heck is that noise it makes??????????? i narrowed it down to making the noise only when the car was leaning or going up and down slopes...

Thats the new descent control thing (i think it has a real name) but it makes going down stuff and up stuff a lot more smooth. At least thats what i think is making the noise you are talking about.

at 6:11 a guy that's supposed to be promoting the brand called the Liberty a "car" directly after saying something like "and i'm doing some serious off roading!!"

I'm confused.
