Apparently Mini (yes that Mini) have an off-road vehicle in the works.

The mini is a beautiful car. I test drove the regular mini becuase I was thinking about buying it before I bought the liberty. The guy at the car dealership told me if I liked the regular mini I could test the Mini Cooper S It was crazy that much power in that little of a car. of course being in Germany you can test the car to its max. I was going down the autobahn at 150 in that little car. I would like to see what Mini has to offer in the off road world. Might be worth looking at. A great second vehicle. If they could get it right, looks, feel, gas milage, and off road cap. They might make it. I am looking forward to seeing an off road partner.

Oh the reason I bought the liberty was becuase could you really see a mini cooper s in the mud??
