Try torquing them to the correct specs (upper 100, lower 85)

I put new ends on my jeep, and not 3 hours later the noise came back. I kept asking myself "is it really possible that I killed new sway bar end links in 3 hours???"

Today it dawned on me, check the torques dummy. The passenger side was perfectly fine. The driver side upper was perfectly fine. The driver side lower just needed to be turned two or three times till I got to 85 ft/lbs.

Voila. Noise is gone. I guess it's time to pick up some thread locker...
