So I measured my 16" sport wheels today with a tape measure, and they measured 17"........um I'm confused, I thought that 16" was supposed to be 16"? So if I got 20" wheels, would they actually be 21"? Can anyone explain? |

did you measure the outside bead on the rim? I would say you would need to measure where the tire actually sits(the bead) on the inside of the rim. |

ya, like the others said you need to measure the bead where the tire sits. |
