A Dremel tool with a cutting disc. It'll melt the plastic more as you cut it, but it works great. Then clean-up with a simple rasp file.

I used a utility knife with a new blade. Once scored once or twice, the blade follows and will cut through. This worked best for me as I didn't have a dremel tool to use.

I've heard that heating with a heat gun, then cutting with a utility knife works really really good. Just "cuts like butter", to quote tommudd and Sean150 who told me about it. I didnt do that though, so no first hand exp.

You are so right Jon thats what I did and worked well, just heat the plastic with a heat gun some and a utility knife will slid right through.

You can heat it up with a butane torch and a blower attachment too. Just don't get carried away or it will melt. Really easy to cut after heating it up. They're pretty cheap also.

Buy a Dremel tool kit for sale at Target for $50, plus then you get a new tool!
