Not sure where to post this. My rear power window on the driver side is busted not sure how this happened. Possibly someone trying to break in by pushing the window down? The thing that moves the window up and down looks like a long screw was sticking out the door latch. I managed to push it back so I can lock the door but the window goes half way down. (thank goodness for child saftey). It just slides up and down by hand.

Okay this said I have an 07 Libby, I had an 02 so I have the Chilton and Service manual. Can anyone tell me if the door is still the same?
I will have to fix this myself since I am out of the country.

Anyone kknow anything about these windows?

Its called a window regulator. They are a known problem on Jeeps.

You can find them on Ebay.

Yup it looks like its the regulator. Anyone have a schematic for the 07 Libby rear door? Know if the diagram in chiltons 02 is the same?
Ebay for a part? Risky eh?

As for warranty I'm pretty screwed, I took it out of the US, so I doubt the so called dealer here would honor the warranty. Heck I doubt he even has the part in stock.

I checked Ebay and can only find an 06. Is that the same part? I hear they changed the part mid year?
