I've heard Hockey Pucks work.

So have I. Only i have some hesitations about drilling into an axle with only 9,500 miles on it.

Anyway, I just heard from Marc Bowers at ARB about if OME made bump stops like they do other poly bushing they make, And he says:

"We don't have bump stops for the KJ, the suspension is designed to work with a tire size not too much larger than stock so as far as Australia is concerned they do not need to lengthen the bump stops and reduce wheel travel. I'm not sure who builds a good bump stop spacer for the KJ, but you might try All J products as they work on a lot of Liberty's."

I called AllJ and Heather told me that IF i was using the long travel Old Man Emu (N132L) shocks then I would need to add the Daystar bumpstops they sell. But since I was using the standard N132 shocks, I did not need to increase the bumpstops over the OEM length.

Seams like I don't need the new longer ones.

For future refference, you drill a hole into the springperch at the center of the coil spring, not the axle.
If by chance you're going to run 245/75/16's or 265/75/16's, bumpstops are advisable and will help with stuffing the rear tires.

I will keep that all in mind, or try to.

Not real crazey about drilling and tapping the spring seat either, for some reason. I might order the daystar bumpstops and just have them handy and install them if i get a wild hair up my ....

I would assume that those things would be a real PITA to push in in cold weather. need to warm them up a bit first. Looking to install the lift real soon as soon as I can string enough hours together all at once.

I gotta figure out how I can lift my front end back to level with the rear. since putting on the TR my KJ looks stock again by being lower in the front...

Heck, using heavy-duty-double-side 3M tape will hold it in place. No need to get CRAZY and drill a hole... in the puck... hehe

Yea, I got the Daystars from All-J's. They seem a bit long so you could put them in and flex the rear to see if you could cut some off of them to get alittle extra flex back.

I used gorilla glue to glue a piece of 3/4in treated decking lumber to the spring perch and it worked great. It just wasnt quite thick enough so I went ahead and ordered the daystar bumpstops.

I have the daystar bumpstops and I don't think they limit flex that much at all.

I do have N132Ls though.
