Doesn't look like a bad deal!! Chris, I think it says "Lamp for pod", so I believe it is just the bulb only..

I think they mount in a pod, 55 watt you can still run on the road no problems so these would be good |

It's just a replacement bulb. Not bad if you have the lights already setup though

It does say LAMP FOR "LIGHT POD" WITH 55 WATT H3 BULB Because of the vaguaries of the english language that could mean "Includes lamp with bulb as well" OR "bulb only for lamp". 
Just for the fun of it (& since I'm on work time) I'm gonna give em a call when they open.
