while installing my new METAL tail light guards, i kinda chipped off some of the paint on the RL rear. i am going to paint the whole bumper again, probably this week, and want to know do i need to sand the whole thing down and recoat with primer and then paint, or can i just touch-up the spots that need it... after cleaning of course? thanks! |

I would definitely lightly sand it all but it shouldnt need a primer again. |
