Please help me assess where this noise may be coming from on my stock 02... I believe it is from the front end. The vehicle squeaks when going over bumps. Springs? Any ideas? Thanks in Advance!!! |

Sway Bar bushings need to be greased... Plus, it's cold outside and you hear more noise from the vehicle in the winter. |

I had my shocks replaced under warranty because they were NOISY! then after a year, I went back and told them what is this mess, and they replaced the sway bar bushings, greasing them won't work because they use CRAP, once it gets warm, then cold, bushings will freeze or get very hard, greasing them is only short-term solution. Too bad your warranty is already expired, but they are fairly cheap, while you are at it, get better shocks. |

I added zerks to mine and have never had a reoccurring problem with it. Of course I grease them up every other oil change. Here more details of it. http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=12494&highlight=grease+zerks+sway+bar |
