A fellow board member shipped me a bumper on greyhound. This was my request. Greyhounds price and time frame seemed great. The bumper was suppose to be here friday around 1 pm central time. I have called numerous times and they cannot tell me where it is or when it will be here. There answer is "Its in Route". I fully understand the weather has been nasty, but come on 40+ hours behind! I am glad no one i know is riding Greyhound, could you imagine being a person riding there busline and being stuck. |

Ask anyone who has ever ridden Greyhound... Time flows very differently there.... just hope your bumper isn't sitting next to the smelly guy. |

Remember your dealing with a busing company. There priority is safety of its passengers (I would hope anyway), not shipping things quickly... Thats fedex or UPS's job. |

God I hate sitting next to the "Smelly Guy" Ona related note, if your bumper retains the smell of the smelly guy then you have even bigger problems. Good luck on the bumper. |

That's like trying to fly somewhere using a cargo plane... Technically it can get you there the same way... |

i got a renegade roof rack shipped thrrough greyhound once. When i got it, it looked like someone did jumping jacks on it, then barfed all over it. Pieces were broke, but the company sent me replacement parts (via UPS). |

I just got off the phone with there customer service. The fews things they could tell me is that it did leave Delaware, its not sitting in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh being a point of transfer. So the waiting continues.... When will it arrive? |

Starting to seems that way. I was told yesterday that since it was not sent Priority, that i could be anywhere between 7-21 days. Glad that i asked for it to be Priority. They still cannot tell me where it is. All they can say is that it's in route. |

hey man, i did as you asked.....you wanted me to ship to greyhound...and i did i told them priority and they charged me for it....i dont work for usps, ups, fedex, greyhound, or any postal / parcel service....i have absolutely no control over what they do after i leave. i was told it would take one day to ship to you from the lady working the counter, and i paid for priority shipping.... I PAID, not you. after i leave the station they could put it on a normal bus for all they care. but i dont have the least bit of control there so in the end, stop bit ching about me screwing you around.. |

Take a chill pill. I just read the previous posts and nowhere does he blame you. Quite the opposite he says in the first post that Greyhound was HIS idea. I don't think anybody is Pissin on you, except yourself. |

having talked to EOD-KJ a lot in the past few weeks I knew there was more than what was posted on here, he did what was asked of him, as soon as he dropped it off it was out of his hands. He is a stand up guy and I would trust him with anything. Just sorry he has gone through this. Anytime you ship something you take a chance, amd then with something that big and heavy and also by Greyhound well its a set up for failure! |
