OK everybody... What kind, size and length do you have? Where did you get it? I am getting a Warn M8000. Comes with 3/8, 100 tf of wire stuff. Gonna switch it out. I need leads. |

That is the most cost effective brand? Aren't the Warn people kind of proud of thier synthetic stuff? Is there a real huge difference between the Warn and the AmSteele Blue stuff and others? |

Does the rope last as long as the cable? And does Sun UV rays, mud, dirt, and water make the rope deteriorate faster? |

The sythetic rope can last longer,some ropes can weaken with UV exposer.Mud,dirt,and water won't effect it at all,the sythetic ropes for 4x4 use spawned from the ship industry,they use the same ropes(though a little larger) to moore ships and was switched from steel cables because of corrsion.
