So the other day my check engine light came on, and the code that was spit out was a p 0305 cylinder 5 misfire. When I first got the car, it had a mis, and they threw in some cylinder cleaner and it went away. Came back on once I think during the summer but went away, until now. Is this anything to worry about? I figure it's not, until the light never goes off. |

Change a coil with another and see if the code changes to that cylinder. If it does then its a coil. Ever change the plugs? They should be changed every 30k. How many miles are on it? |

Search the TSB, Warranty and Recall section. I know there were problems on the 05 and 06 models (mine included) that needed to have the valves/valve locks replaced. Your issue could be related. |
