Heh. That piece of wire is part of a harness. The harness is probably not cheap, but the dealer will be able to get it for you.

Also try a wrecker.

you don't need that wire, go find an old computer (or a maybe the one you are using if you don't have an old one) cut the floppy power cable off your power supply, your probably not using it anyway, make sure you leave some wire on it and make your own harness by just extending the wire. after you make it to the length you want wrap it completly with electric tape so it won't rattle in your in headliner/ everywhere else it goes. the pins just about line up with the floppy cable you may need to bend them slightly but it works great. if you want an orginal harness i think it goes for about $1000 from the dealer cause it has a lot of other things attached, you can make your own for about $5, free if you have the wire around already.

I oppened up my computer and took out the floppy connector
It connects right on the evic.
Now i just need to know, where to go hook up the wires
And also need to know which pin does what on the evic so i
can plug the wires in the good places.

Here are pics.ImageImage

Thanks terry

That should help you just a bit.

Also check out to see where the wires go in the ODB-II port:

I can't tell you for sure...but I think the 2003 KJs have the pigtail you need up in the headliner just waiting for an EVIC. The harnesses were the same for all of the models but the pigtails are stowwed for the models without installed EVICs.
