Can anybody tell me how you mount those to the unibody? With nutzerts?

Drill holes in pinch weld and frame then use self tapping screws for the frame and bolts w/nuts for the pinch seam.

self tapping screws work? isn't the metal a bit thin for those?

For the Boulder Bar frame holes, it seemed to be anywhere from about an 1/8 to 3/16 think depending where the holes lined up with the frame. The self tapping screws worked great. Just don't over tighten...

Mine came with bolts and nuts for the pinch weld. Personally I won't use self tap screws. I agree, ** self tap screws never over tight **

I have a set of prototype skink sliders. They are held to the pinch seam with nuts and bolts and held to the "frame rails" with self-tapping bolts. I have dropped the whole weight of the KJ on them numerous times both in the Colorado Rockies and at Moab and they never budged, came loose, bent, or had to be re-tightened. I fully expect them to outlast my KJ with minimal maintenance (re-painting/powdercoating).

I am a witness to Pete. These LOST ROCKIES guys/girls are Serious! It’s a Rocky Mountain disease that they carry, so DO NOT let them bite you when you see them at Moab or they will pass the disease to you. Symptoms of the Rocky Mountain disease is the feeling that you’re a mountain goat and you can Climb anything with your KJ. However, I can guarantee that Rock Lizard’s products are built to last. And I can honestly say that these products are field tested!

I have the Super Skink slider(from RL of course  ).I hate self tapping bolts, they have there use but I still don't like them since they are grade 2.I used through bolts(3/8" grade 8's) where I could get to the inside of the "frame",all but 4(out of 12) of my bolts are 3/8" grade 8 through bolts and the 4 are self tappers, only cause I couldn't get access to the inside of the "frame".

With my custom belly pan for my SFA swap will allow me to use through bolts for all the "frame" mounting locations for my rock rails.

i have 1/4-20s w/nylocks on the pinch weld and then 1/2" (i think?) self threading bolts going into the frameon my boulder bars

So for those who do not want to use self tappers:

When I fitted my sidebars I pulled the bolts through the mounting holes from the underside of the Unibody. There are some big holes (factory punched) there.

What do you do? Drill the mounting holes. Get a piece of thin wire like from your wife's nitting and sewing box.

Put the wire through the hole, then through the hole in the bottom of the unibody. Tie the bolts to them, at the thread end.

Fit your sliders or bars or whatever, now gently pull the bolts through the holes. Lower the mounting plate of the sliders so they 'guillotine' the bolts in order to hold them in place. Fit nuts. Done.

Great idea! Needle nose vice grips could work to hold them still while you tighten the nuts, as long as you don't crush the threads....I had to do that on something recently, but I don't recall what the project was...
