hopped in my kj this morning, and the fan is not blowing for heat or ac.... any ideas on whats up with this? thanks in advance! Brandon |

ended up being the wires to the blower motor werent connecting properly?? weird stuff, i guess the PO was a retard and tugged on them lol... seems to be working fine now after just wiggling them |

Check the Jeep website for Recalls also check the NHTSA for Recalls I saw one for the blower motor thing. It could burst into flames or something. You will need your VIN number to check. |

2002 has no recalls for that. I would look into further than 'wiggling' some wires. Its not fun when it burns to the ground on the side of the hw. |

Honestly this is the first I have read of the "loose" wire thing. That truely is a fire hazard if those connectors were to come in direct contact with each other. |

its the connection inside the fan itself where the wires interface internally, its prob just from moisture or the part is just junk... either or... cause i sure as heck didnt even look at the thing let alone touch it before this happened... |
