30-32 PSI
same L/R as an MTR and that is what we run in them good ride and good mpg

Now if your rig is heavy ,tools ,after market skids, bumpers, ect., then I would go slightly higher but no more than say 36

i was running 32psi in my mtr's of that size, then bumped them up to 36psi. gained a bit in MPG, but it did stiffen up the ride a bit too.

When I ran a 245/75 load range "E" tire it was best at 38-40psi for wear and ride on my KJ(that was when it was totally stock).

I run 36psi at all times.

I put air in them when it was around 50F out. Last night it was 30F and they dropped down to 33psi but went back up to 36psi today since it got up to 55F.

Always put air in the tires when they are cold. Do not do it right after you driven the Jeep since the pressure will drop as the tire cools off.

I pray that those are the 245/75 Irok ND's and not the larger radial or bias Iroks
because I run my little bias LTB's at 25psi that would be like riding on 4 bricks
