It's just a KK equiped for offroad... skids, tires, a little bumper cover thing, some rock rails... The original Liberator had some seriously custom stuff to it. This is just a trim package...

Maybe a Daystar and bigger tires? Is there specs for it somewhere? It could have a locked D44 on the back, given some of the recent things Jeeps done. I heard they're going to be offering a CRD to drop into your Wrangler, also.

Haha, actually they were. Steve from Jeep who was working on the Liberator II called me to ask if I could build the sliders. Of course with the back up of orders I had and they only gave me two weeks and no vehicle to test fit on, I had to turn it down. But, Steve does have a second KK with an "unlimited" budget for buildup and still wants me to make stuff for that one. Guess I better hurry and get caught up on orders. :D

I can't wait to install my sliders!
Also, still awaiting the unvieling of the front bumpers!

Actually, this site http://blogs.fourwheeler.com/6239582/whats-new/jeep-and-dodge-unveil-6-new-drool-worthy-vehicles/index.html says it has 33s, so there has to something custom in there!

The Original Liberator (while nicer looking) was just a one off without any possibility of being in production.

"The “Liberator II” features 33-inch BFG MT KM2 tires (on 17x17.5 wheels) and a 2-in. suspension lift from Superlift. Power comes from the 3.7-liter V-6 engine under the hood. It features an ARB rear locker with an onboard air inflation compressor. It also has custom-fabricated rock rails and front fascia skid plate as well as a Mopar brush guard and Borla cat-back exhaust. The “Liberator II” premiered at Moab Jeep Safari 2008. "

This one isnt as custom like others have said. They messed around with the front suspension and diff on the kj. I guess they dont need to fix the front idff on the kk since Jeep figured they should hire an engineer.

Whats that little bar do? Keep bunny rabbits out of the grill?
