It's always curious to me what people will spend money on. The flares seem quite a bit silly to me for aesthetics, yet I will spend just as much money to get a different set of wheels on the Jeep.
It might be silly, but when I bought my Liberty, a Renagade was not available at my dealership and I got a great deal on the 65th, but I wanted a Renagade so now I am able to "build" one (ie. "bolt on" fender flares, lightbar, roof rack and skids) on my 65th. $240 for me to be a little bit happier with my Jeep is well worth it to me.

Yes, I can understand that.
For me the only aesthetics that appeal on the Renegade are the flat hood(and grill that goes with it). The flat Renegade hood looks much more "Jeep" to me, reminds me of an old flatfender with a hurricane hood.
