Anyone else feel the dip lights are pretty poor? I am in the UK so have a RHD KJ tonight is the forst time using the lights on the way home from work and they seem pretty feeble compared to my two previous Grand Cherokee's
I have ordered up a set of more powerful H4 Eurodezine xenon gas bulbs to try them (the UK bulb used) but fear a bi Xenon HID conversion will be the only real answer.

The KJ's headlights use H7 bulbs.

Not to argue this but I have found numerous occasions where the same vehicle in a different country uses a different headlight bulb. this was a major issue with my wifes motorcycle but in general a lot of RHD cars are very different electrically than the USA spec vehicles. However thanks for telling me about the H7 Bulbs..there is a great selection of them at my local Autobacs

In the UK they are indeed H4 60/55 standard bulbs, so I have a pair of H4 HID upgrades coming and in addition the side markers are included within the main headlamp unit too (No amber illumination withing the turn dignal or the side markers YET!!!! I bought a pair and will wire them in as soon as they land in Scotland!!) so I also ordered the xenon tinted side light bulbd too.

Interesting. You learn something new every day! I wonder why they're using different bulbs over there?
