I had this topic book marked on the "ez" board. I just tryed to call it up and it's not there. Wish I'd printed it up. I have an 05 CRD. If I remember right the old thread said there was an unused gromet on the firewall. Help if you can. My IPF HID lights are here. going to install this weekend. Another Q: is the liberty positive (+) high beam switching? |

http://home.comcast.net/~corwyyn/firewa ... ation.html Yeah, and I'm going to have to get it hosted somewhere more permanent, cuz at the end of the month that account will be going away. I'll see what I can do before that happens... |

Is it easy to reach it from the engine side? I looked at it from a few angles but even with a coat hanger it seems tight! Is it easy to work from underneath or from up above? Let me know if you want me to put a copy of it over at my site under projects with your name and e-mail address at the bottom |

Easiest to work a pice of coat hanger bent into an easy curve up from the inside then go outside, work your hand/arm down near the fire wall and pull the coathanger up. When your drill first grabs the grommet it WILL yank it out rather abrubtly so be ready! |

Let me know if you want me to put a copy of it over at my site under projects with your name and e-mail address at the bottom Thanks Huseyin, that'll help a lot. I'm also going to talk to the guy who does the AZ LOST website to see if we can host it over there. |

Allright, I am going to add it this weekend. If you have any more pictures, especially where you got it out on the engine side, please post. |

OK. it's permanent location (until I run out of money to host my websites) http://www.jeepprojects.com/content.php?article.50 Additionally, I wanted to find out if anyone actually ran wires through passenger side? I looked at the driver side and IT IS CROWDED..
The little plastic cap is there saying hello, and on the engine side I can see that there is a little plastic piece holding it in place. If that's the same thing, It can be removed by squeezing on the engine side. And if that's what it is, there is exact same on on passenger side (on engine side) and it is calm and quiet on that end. |

Cool, this is the same guide I used to route my amp cables. It can always be copied to the Jeep Liberty Wikibook if hosting becomes a problem: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Jeep_Liberty |

The guide isn't in the book yet, but the owner can add it if they'd like. |
