Anyone know if this would fit a 2002 Limited without any complications? Brand new off a 2004 Liberty, bolts included

yup it will work i just put one on mine from a 03 or 04 can't remember but it fits. The only thing is that you may have to play with the rear-most bolt. I had to put a new bolt upside down with some washers and then a lock washer and nut. It worked good just kind of awkward to get it up there.

I will have to take a look and see how it would mount, I'm not really familiar with it. I figured I ask if it fits then buy it and figure it out from there.

The one I was asking about is the OEM Mopar one for a 2004 for $20 (shipped), but I may just go with the one at JC Whitney for $13.99.

Is one better than the other or are they pretty much the same?

i have never heard of anything else that fits the liberty. I would go with the OME one it is VERY stout and is rated to 5,000lb's.

BTW, $20 shipped is a REALLY good deal!
