I'm sure this has been addressed somewhere but I'm new and haven't been able to locate it. How in the heck do you replace the driver's side rear brake light? Surely I'm not going to have to take it to the dealer for something so simple. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! |

Open the rear door and look at the right side (your left) of the body/tail light assembly. You'll see tow torx head screws. remove them and then the enitre assembly pulls straight out. (after you shut the door!) |

Thanks Boxhead, I call myself looking there but somehow missed the obvious. Getting blind in my old age. Much obliged! |

The only down fall with the Liberty having to remove the entire assembly just to change a bulb. But oh well I still love Libby! ~JUD |

I'd rather have to just pull out the assy then remove all kinds of body trim inside the vehicle. My Camaro was like that. 20 minutes just to get TO the back of the taillight and that was if u had an empty trunk! W/the libby, pop out 2 screws and pull! It's a cinch!! |
