Yeah so I had an idea, but not sure if it was a good one. I thought that after I get my Rusty's lift kit, I should get some wheel spacers, just to give it a little something. Has anyone ever done this, and will it work? Thanks. |

It will work, I ran them for a few thousand miles until I got the Moabs then sold them, they look good from the side but I didnt like how it looked from the rear for some reason , |

I have run them on the TJ for right at 49,000 miles. I love them as you can feel the added stability. I do not run them on the liberty although I have thought about putting them on just to see how it would look. Might have to do it one day just to see. |

It's safer to get different rims with a different BS.Instead of 20 lugnuts to worry about you now have 40 and they are illegal in some states also. |

WHS-002 Spidertrax. Set of 2. They come with a tube of Lok-Tite. I've been running them on the rear axle for three years at least. Just ordered a second set of 2 for the front, haven't got them yet. I think they're a great product if you want to keep your stock rims. Definitely wouldn't buy another brand though, as mentioned. |

I have been running them for about a year now. They are 1.25" thick. Here is a side view. Oh, a good side benefit. It rained today and after most had dried off I went for a cup of coffee. Along the edge of the road was water and this guy came up and road on my butt. So I pulled over into the water and threw a ton of it in his face! He backed off! Terry

(before lift) rear before and after:

So if you live in a state where the spacers are legal & decide to go on holiday to another state where they arn'tt. What happens, do they say take them off, go home, fine you...... (Nice driving fulltimer |

i cant imagine that they would even have a clue that you were running them on a kj. you could get backspacing to get the same effect on a kj. |

No worries there. Your vehicle only has to conform to the requirements of the state that it's registered in. I had a huge argument with a trooper in another state one time who said my my lift constituted an altered suspension which made it illegal. I finally told him to write me up and we would let the judge decide. He backed off and let me go "with a warning". I asked a local trooper about it a few months later and he was the one that told me that it only has to conform to the requirements of the state of register. |

I have a Rusty's Lift (w/ a 3/8" Clevis too) and the Firestone 245/70R16 Destination ATs on the stock OEM steel wheels with 5.5" Backspacing. I was getting rubbing at full-lock on the front sway bars so I put a set of 1.25" Spidertrax on and have had no trouble since. |
