Shackle mounts for an '06?

Post subject:  Shackle mounts for an '06?
So I can't afford a new front bumper but I need some recovery points up front. I could install tow hooks, but I really like the shackles that I have on my RL rear bumper. What I am wondering is this: Does someone make a shackle mount that mounts to the frame like the Detours Backbone but without the winch mount? I think it would look kinda cool to have some beefy steel mounts and shackles right were the boxy protrusions exist on the stock bumper. Any ideas?

or you can try to find one of those raskly front hitches... like I have.
I was in the same position you are in, not enough money, but I had tow hooks (sold) and wanted something different!

I cut the plastic around it, but not finished yet... trying to get the cajones*(spelling :? ) to cut it up like lots of others on here!
