The instructions that come with the tank talk about removing the regulator before getting it filled. Use a 1 1/8" wrench to loosen the nut and be careful not to lose the plastic washer that may fall out. My tank is brand new and I see no washer anywhere after removal. Do you guys with the Power Tank have one? Maybe the part was made redundant and the instructions are old? I leave for TN thursday so it would be nice to have this along. Thanks guys I found it, it's clear and glued to the inside. Never noticed it and I can't see how it can fall out. |

Thanks guys you will need to find that washer if not it will leak under pressure ,the place that fills it should have some and most time will give them to you this is not a power tank thing but a CO2 thing also just some notes for you have the place that fills it give you the empty weight ,Tare weight then have them give you a full weight ,Gross weight the difference should be no more than about 10.5# but no less than 9.5# or you were ripped off ,CO2 is sold by weight over filling will damage the tank now you know what it weighed empty ,no regulator so when you want to know what you have left bring it in and weigh it in the bathroom subtract the tare or empty weight from that and presto that is how much you have left Now if you are married do not tell your wife what you are doing go in the bathroom and shut the door every now and then quickly open and close the valve and laugh all sissy like she will come to see what you are up to I did it but took off all my cloths first she did not think it was funny |
