Was wondering if they make body lifts for the Kjs? |

nope, Just suspension. But most will ask why you would even want to do that... |

The KJ is a unitbody construction, not a body on frame. You can do a front subframe lift, but thats about the extent of it. |

The front diff limits that not the amount of lift. You can get a 6" lift for the KJ and still explode the D30A with 33" tires |

also since 4.10 gears are the lowest gears you can get why go way up in the air and have big tires only to drive around flat parking lots, cause you lost all of your power |

Its not how high you are, its how you drive it that makes all the difference. Learn how to go out and have people who know how to spot with you and you will be amazed at what you can crawl over with 2.5 or 3 inches of lift and good tires |

you would need to peice it together but Old Man Emu (OME) is made by ARB so you know its quality, you can get the coils for $72 each from www.dpgoffroad.com you would need to call him but he will set you up with everything you would need, and you can get OME or Rancho Shocks and Struts, I would get Rancho bc they have a lifetime warrenty and they are RSX 17505 for the front struts are $100 http://store.summitracing.com/partdetai ... toview=sku and RSX 17004 for the rear shocks are $60 http://store.summitracing.com/partdetai ... toview=sku and terra flex bumpstops for the front are $20each and for the rear bumpstops you can use 3 hockey pucks glued together and then if you want a little bit more lift you can do some 3" conduit nuts on the struts for next to nothing and for the rear an extra rear upper iso, thats what I did and I gained 3" |

I think it is time we put up an Old Man Emu sticky that we can link to. OME is Old Man Emu, an Australian company that also makes the ARB bumpers on many LOST members Jeeps. You can get OME from AllJs or RockLizard. The Frankenlift you may have read about is built around OME springs and shocks with some other parts added to give it a little extra height. Again, AllJs or Rocklizard can supply the kit and a lot more information. AllJs; http://www.boulderbars.com/frankenlift.htm RockLizard; http://www.rocklizardfabrications.com/ |

if you went with what I posted above you would be looking at about $650 shipped and you can usually find someone on here that is close enough to help you install it, but dont get me wrong the Frankenlift is awesome but it was out of my price range and what I did works great for me, and I think that with the frankenlift you would need to get Als A-arms too but Im not positive |

Frankenlift is about as high as you can go without problems just using OME springs with a clevis you gain about the same, have 70,000 on mine and I set the same as a frankenlift. you asked what I have on mine OME 927 springs in the front , OME 948s in the rear Rancho RSX 17004 rear shocks and RSX 17505 front, plus a home made flat spacer on top with a 2 ring clevis |
