Hi Guys/Gals. Has anyone ever removed that plastic trim that covers your rocker panels (just below doors, just above rock rails)?

I got some body damage doing a trail where my rocker got pushed in from the side. I can see it because it looks like a clip broke holding the trim on, so I can pull the trim back some. I'd like to take it all off to see what's what, but I don't want to break all those clips and not be able to put it back on.

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Paul, the clips will just pull off with a pry bar or hammer. I took them off to install the rock rails and most of them are still reusable. If not you can just put in some sheet metal screws to hold it in place or i will give you my old ones if you want. I left them off and installed sheet metal screws to get the rails up as high as possible as they are aslo a spacer.

Cool, thanks Neal! I wasn't sure if the clips survive the removal process or not. I'll give it a shot.

just pull on one end and get it started and apply even pressure comes off pretty easy, took mine off 2 weeks after purchase, didn't want a place for dirt and salt to hang out in
