It's what happens when a car company designs and produces a vehicle with one set of parts and then replaces them with cheaper untested parts. The cost cutting at Chrysler is probably going to seriously injure someone. Sadly. |

Man that really makes you think about driving at high speeds on the highways. I am glad I drive the speed limit. I know that WONT stop anything, but it will reduce to amout of injury. |

YAY! Litigious attitudes about safety among people that lift their Jeeps, put stuff on the roof, and beat the hell out of them off road! Why don't I sue Chrysler (since they own everything AMC-related) for the pitman arm that failed on my CJ-7 Better yet, why don't I sue GM for my '66 Buick Special not having shoulder belts or a padded dash! Why don't I sue Honda for my '86 Civic WagoVan blowing up? Or my '83 Accord having a tie rod end separate? Why don't I sue Ford for the countless dollars I've thrown at things built by them? Why don't I sue my mom for birthing me and subjecting me to the torture that is life? |

We are fast reaching the point where It would be a waste of time to sue even if you had a legitimate lawsuit that was open and shut. You can't beat a dead horse. When the bankruptcy and/or strip and flip happens, you will be the last creditor in line and you will get little to nothing even if the suit was decided in your favor. |
