This will be the third time that the Dealership has my 2006 Jeep Liberty. They switched the left rear wheel sensor with the right wheel. Repaired the pins in the conncector as they continue to come up with the same code. Replace the Control Module. Today the lamps went on and off, whether on the highway or side streets. No braking problems, but it's annoying on a vehicle with only 24,000 miles. They said they were in contact with two Jeep tech's from Chrysler. They cleared the codes and all was great unitl a week later and the same issues occured. Leaving the vehicle with the dealer again tonight. HELP!!! |

Just got the Liberty back after 1week. The dealer says the lamp must be active to locate the problem. They contacted Chrysler/Jeep. Same story. Mine came several times but goes out. They call this "inactive"-Stored Codes. THey said as soon as the lamp appears drive it in so they can connect the DRB. I never noticed the Odometer-but I will keep an eye on this if it happens again. Thanks |

I'm having this exact problem right now. If it's dry everything works fine but if i drive through a puddle poof all the lights come on. I'm thinking(hoping)WSS but we'll see. When your lights are on does your cruise control work? I'm not convinced this isn't part of some kind of limp setting for the computer. My odo and speedo is working fine. Only the cruise control is affected. Do you happen to know if the cruise runs off of a specific one? Sorry to dig this thread up but i really need to know where to go with this. |

Check the lines going to the front abs sensors. I had one that rubbed on the rotor and would flash on and off once it wore through the insulation. It took a while to find it, as it was a small break. 60 bucks and a new wire made it all better. Travis |
