So im getting a lift soon and did all the Pre-lift measurements and came up with these.

From ground through center cap on rim to bottom of fender

Front Left Fender: 31 7/8"
Front Right Fender: 32 1/8"
Right Rear Fender: 32 1/8"
Left Rear Fender:32 3/8"

Not off to bad, .3 of an inch.

Right Rocker panel just behind front mud flap:13 1/8"
Left Rocker panel just behind front mud flap:12 5/8"

These are off even more, .5 of an inch.

Tires are at 34psi and I have 1/2 tank of gas.

Did you verify all 4 tires PSI?
Did you take into account that the driver side gets used more and can cause sag over time on the left side?
Did you make sure you are on a level surface?
Do you have a lot of equipment inside on one side?

I have new springs all around, all tires are the same psi, and all flares are 36" except the left (driver) rear flare, it is off a half inch (35.5)

I just can not figure it out, but the spacers quinn sent seems to have leveled me out with the front franken lift (except the driverside...it is a lot better than it was now)

it was in my garage which should be level. Even if it was off alittle that wouldnt affect the measurements, to an extent. I have the evic that tells me the psi, and i used a digital meter just to make sure.

I have an optima on the left side, and a mag-lite. Dont think that would change much. I have a road side kit, 12in sub in a big box, and my little kit with a tow strap and handheld cb and all that on that side also. The side the sub is on is higher. Thats where its confusing. Its like my jeep is twisted or something. its higher on the Left rear than the right rear and lower on the left front than the right front.

All KJs have a natural lean to the left. Mine has it, before and after lift.

Mine too, about 1/4 inch. If it really bothers you, you can do a clevis lift a bit to even her out.

the garage would probably lean slightly toward the center also to account for a drain

Driver-side lean due to a driver in the vehicle all the time. Engine area could have more weight to the left also (steering equipment, battery).

Don't forget that your front diff and the steering gear are also on the left side.
